Train the Trainers
You can change behavior in an entire organization, provided you treat training as a process rather than an event.
—Edward W. Jones
Train-the-trainer programs run by Global Management Solutions have several key elements. We:
· Observe your trainers/presenters in circumstances similar to those in which they will have to deliver training/presentations
· Point out strengths and weaknesses and give guidance and exercises aimed at eliminating weaknesses and further developing strengths
· Focus on the psychological obstacles that frequently prevent trainers /presenters from reaching excellence, e.g., lack of knowledge of the psychology of interacting with an audience, misperceptions about the psychology of learning, etc.
Our high level of skill and extensive experience delivering award-winning training equip us well to perform these tasks. Our train-the-trainer programs have been very highly praised. (See mention under the "CLIENTS" tab at this web site.)
Because the importance of training is so commonly underestimated, the manager who wants to make a dramatic improvement in organizational effectiveness without
challenging the status quo will find a training program a good way to start.
